The controlling documents are those issued with the goods. The Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) supplied with a specific batch take precedence over anything stated on this website. Where the two differ, the batch documentation governs.

Images on this site are illustrative. They are not a representation of the physical appearance, colour, particle size or packaging of the material you will receive.

Intended use and your responsibility

Unless we have confirmed otherwise in writing for a specific product and a specific purchase order, materials supplied by Genesis Vista are intended for research, laboratory, or manufacturing use by suitably qualified professionals. They are not supplied as finished medicinal products, medical devices, cosmetics for direct retail sale, or food, and they are not for direct administration to humans or animals.

As the buyer, you are responsible for:

• determining whether a material is suitable for your process, product and jurisdiction;
• carrying out your own qualification, stability and compatibility testing;
• handling, storing and disposing of the material in accordance with the Safety Data Sheet and applicable health and safety law;
• obtaining every licence, permit and regulatory approval your intended use requires;
• ensuring that your finished product complies with the law of every market you place it on.

Regulatory status

Regulatory status differs by material, by grade and by country. A reference on this site to an application — for example vaccines, cell and gene therapy, sun care or oral care — describes a field in which a category of material is used. It is not a statement that a given product is approved, registered or permitted for that use in your country. Confirm the position for your market before you rely on it.
